Prototyping Services
A prototype is a draft version of a product that allows you to explore your ideas and show the intention behind a feature or the overall design concept to users before investing time and money into development.
Prototyping includes:

Design Concept
The journey begins with a design concept or idea. This concept can span various industries, from product design to architecture, where the goal is to bring a concept to life in a tangible form.
Slicing
The 3D model is dissected into ultra-thin horizontal layers using slicing software. Each layer represents a cross-section of the design, guiding the 3D printer on how to materialize the object layer by layer.
3D Modeling
The design concept is translated into a digital 3D model using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This digital representation serves as the blueprint for the physical prototype.
3D Printing
This is where the magic happens. A 3D printer follows the slicing instructions, depositing material layer by layer, creating the physical prototype. Various 3D printing technologies, each with distinct material deposition methods, come into play, whether it's Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Stereolithography (SLA), or Selective Laser Sintering (SLS).
Testing and Evaluation
Once the prototype emerges, it undergoes rigorous testing and evaluation. Engineers and designers scrutinize it for fit, form, and function, ensuring it meets the project's requirements.
Iterations and Finalization
Depending on the test results, the design may undergo iterations. Adjustments are made in the digital model, and the 3D printing process is repeated as needed. Once the prototype aligns with specifications, it paves the way for further development, leading to the creation of a final product or component.
